Sally R. Gaglini, Esq. has concentrated her practice in Probate & Family Law in addition to Entertainment Law for more than twenty-five years.

Entertainment: Sally Gaglini has long taught Entertainment Law at Suffolk University Law School while also maintaining an active legal practice in the entertainment realm. Her corporate legal experience began at Motorola; from there, it quickly evolved into representing advertising and modeling agencies as well as production companies that use all forms of media. Sally Gaglini’s expertise also encompasses talent representation for musicians, songwriters, bands, and producers. Fast to develop a unique practice that also serves the needs of young performers and their families, she is sought out by other attorneys for her expertise in child labor, trust, entertainment and licensing. Her practice  brings Hollywood and entertainment together with family and probate law. Sally Gaglini proposed, and was a contributing author of, the Massachusetts Child Performer Law.  She remains a court-certified guardian ad litem accepting appointments from the courts advancing the needs of children, in addition to impaired adults requiring assistance, also accepting appointments as a trusted fiduciary.

Probate & Family: As a courtroom advocate and negotiator, Sally Gaglini uses her years of experience and knowledge of the law to counsel her clients through the legal process to minimize the potential adverse impact on the parties and their children. Marital breakups and the long-standing affects on children is a principle reason why she serves as a court appointed guardian ad litem for children and other people with disabilities. Similarly, the death of a cherished family member can destabilize families and corresponding estates placing families in a financial and emotional tailspin. In appropriate circumstances, Sally Gaglini offers her services for mediated disputes as either a trained mediator or as an advisory attorney in support of mediated settlements.

Devoted to assisting family members in crisis and planning for softer landings in anticipation of those times,  assistance with traditional and more complicated family and probate litigation including proceedings that require a guardian, conservator or special personal representative is offered.

As an AV-rated lawyer, peers have rated Sally Gaglini at the highest level of professional excellence in Massachusetts. She currently serves as the president of the Massachusetts Family and Probate American Inn of Court and has been honored by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly as a Top Women of Law in 2014, also recognized as a Top Attorney in Massachusetts and New England and a Massachusetts Super Lawyer. Sally Gaglini is a cum laude graduate of Brandeis University and Suffolk University Law School.
